Privacy
This is a plain-language description of how the software works, not a legal policy. A future operator must publish their own policy if they add hosting analytics, accounts or sync.
Your writing
Pages are stored only in your browser’s storage on this device (IndexedDB, or localStorage if IndexedDB is unavailable). The app has no server component: it never sends what you write anywhere.
Pages are stored as plain text, not encrypted. Anyone with access to this browser profile on this device could read them, just as they could read a document on the same computer.
No accounts, no tracking
There are no accounts, cookies, analytics or third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from the same site.
Backups and deletion
You can export everything (Markdown or JSON) and delete all pages from the Data tab. Clearing this site’s data in your browser also deletes them.
Hosting
Whoever hosts the site may keep standard web-server logs (IP address, requested URL, time). Those logs never contain your writing.
